Course Description:

Participants will learn how to identify different types of sexual harassment and how it affects the workplace. We will discuss prohibited behavior, gender based sexual harassment, statistics and how to report suspected sexual harassment.


Course Objectives:

  • Define sexual harassment and identify its various forms within a dental office setting.
  • Understand the legal frameworks and policies surrounding sexual harassment in the workplace. 
  • Recognize the signs of sexual harassment and the impact it has on victims and the workplace environment. 
  • Implement effective prevention strategies to maintain a harassment-free workplace. 
  • Respond appropriately to sexual harassment complaints and allegations, including reporting procedures and support systems for victims.
